Automatic Transfer Switches with Single Or Dual Line Bypass & Primary & Secondary Isolation

The bypass isolation switch is designed for applications where maintenance, inspection and testing must be performed while maintaining continuous power to the building. This is typically required in critical life support systems and standby power situations calling for safe system maintenance with no power disruptions.

Single Line Bypass

With a single line bypass system, you switch from automatic to bypass this will direct the primary supply direct to the building load, you can then switch the primary / secondary isolator to off to give maintenance to the Automatic Transfer Switch.

Dual Line Bypass

This is similar to the single line bypass system except you can switch the bypass from primary or secondary depending on your power supply.

Almost the End of March

Good Friday tomorrow, not sure it will be good though based on the blessed weather.  It seems to continually rain and just when the temperature goes up it snows.  We were even forecasted a white Easter!

The Beast from the East Blew as Im sure everyone recalls; there was mass panic buying of bread, leaving shelfs totally empty. So whilst parents took their offspring sledging; we received a telephone call from a couple living totally Off Grid, whose generators went down.

The snow drifts were amazing and thanks to the local farmer we made it to our destination and commenced to fix the problem.

A Prime Generator, with a Secondary backup System, with Wind and Solar which are combined to provide power for this Off Grid Rural Property.

Whilst I played in the snow with the customers dog, Mark set to work.  It seemed in no time at all we were packing tools away and heading out as job done!
