Automatic Transfer Switches with Single Or Dual Line Bypass & Primary & Secondary Isolation
The bypass isolation switch is designed for applications where maintenance, inspection and testing must be performed while maintaining continuous power to the building. This is typically required in critical life support systems and standby power situations calling for safe system maintenance with no power disruptions.
Single Line Bypass
With a single line bypass system, you switch from automatic to bypass this will direct the primary supply direct to the building load, you can then switch the primary / secondary isolator to off to give maintenance to the Automatic Transfer Switch.
Dual Line Bypass
This is similar to the single line bypass system except you can switch the bypass from primary or secondary depending on your power supply.
